Abstract: The study was set to determine the extent to which distance affects the academic performance of students at Kogi State University. Global, economic and social development are increasingly driven by the advancement and application of knowledge. Education in general and higher education in particular, are fundamental to the construction of a knowledge economy and society in all nations. The main objective of this study was to investigate how students
